Job Description

We are a modern, large private dermatological practice with a wide range of services (conservative dermatology, surgical dermatology/tumor surgery, laser medicine, allergology, phlebology, aesthetic medicine and cosmetics) on Goethestrasse in Frankfurt. The practice also has an affiliated aesthetic institute (www.dermasthetics.de) in the immediate vicinity.

We use the most modern equipment and techniques to ensure the optimal treatment of our patients. We attach great importance to efficient, fast, customer-friendly processes. Customer/patient orientation and service are our focus.

general tasks

1. Patient reception, telephone service, appointment scheduling, postal and e-mail processing
2. Creating / maintaining patient data in the practice software
3. Surgical assistance
4. Laboratory
5. Material management and orders

Carrying out medical tasks

1. Independent performance of allergological prick and patch tests
2. Blood sampling, injections, dressing changes
3. Assisting with surgical and laser procedures
4. Sterilization of medical products
5. If necessary, carrying out medical-cosmetic treatments

Requirements for the job

1. Completed training as a medical assistant
2. Good knowledge of English is an advantage
