Regenera Activa® against hereditary hair loss

How is the treatment done?

Here, tissue particles are removed from the area behind the patient’s ear with small punches under local anesthesia. These are broken up mechanically and dissolved in saline to prepare them for injection. The finished cell suspension, with a very high concentration of specialized cells and growth factors, is then introduced into the affected regions of the scalp by the doctor using a very fine cannula during the same session. The treatment is painless and associated with low risks, and no chemical additives are used.

For whom is the appropriate treatment method?

Patients with androgenetic alopecia, i.e. hereditary hair loss, are suitable for this. Especially hair loss in the early stages and smaller light spots can be treated well with it. The prerequisite for successful treatment is that hair follicles are still present. Women who want a full head of hair again or men who want to avoid balding benefit from it.

How often is the patient treated and how long-term are the results?

In most cases, one treatment is sufficient and first visible results can appear after 1 month. A final result can be expected after about 6 months. The results are also lasting and have a long-lasting effect.
